Work environment and offices wasnt bac. In my store we had glass protection (the only store in our district) the rest were unsafe and anyone can walk behind the counter and rob you. The culture lol if you aren't in the "group" you wont have a job long. Dm and training manager are best friends.. I'd be surprised if its not more than that but if they dont like the way you look or if your dont fit in with them your gone. They make fun of people's appearance, clothes, and weight when no one was around and talked horribly about other managers and CSRs.

Not recommended. Period. As a previous "Manager in Training" having been forced into the position and not trained or paid properly for it, this company does not work with you. They give you two personal days (for the first year) and you are not alotted any unpaid time off at risk of having your upcoming vacation time taken (if you get any). If a family issue arises they do take those days. Most centers are unsafely staffed with one individual and District Managers are impossible to reach. Some other managers can be helpful, but you will never reach a District Manager, especially while they are living it up on all their vacations!

Horrible company to work for. After i started found out i could be sent up to 60 miles to work when they didnt have anyone to run other stores. The co-workers didnt seem to know the job well enough to explain the duties so never knew what my duties were. If your smart stay away from these crooks.

Compared to other loan companies Check Into Cash WAS a great company to work for. They switch upper management so much and then the rules switch so much everyone is on a different page. Everyone is confused. And frankly if you are in Oklahoma currently the upper management is horrible and you should RUN! **Notice how a lot of loan companies are closing or "Moving"? The Industry is crashing. They won't be here much longer. They won't have staff much longer either...

Check Into Cash is a horrible place to work. They do not value good, ethical and dependable employees. The difference between the corporate office and the field staff is total class stratification. Tech support is deplorable and rude. The only thing you get for Christmas is a tacky post card from the CEO showing off how rich you have made him and the rewards his family reaps from it. The pay is unequal and extremely low not even competitive with the industry. The economy is getting better do not put yourself through this. The biggest issues begin at the very top and the good ol' boy system is evident here they will never change or be accountable for their own actions or mistakes...Run!!!!

Decent job if you are full time. Only full time employees get bonuses. Yet both full time and part time employees have to work the same duties. Except for store manager. They can do as they wish and steal all the credit for it.
