Chelsea pay is not good, they only give raises to people who are their favorite, that's why there's a constant turnover.

Depends if you are fully staffed for that day. Unfortunately Chelsea is the type of company that will work short handed due to the fact that they can barely hold their workers. I had good days as well as bad, but going into work already knowing you'll be doing multiple staffs' jobs is a terrible thing to knowingly or surprisingly walk into.
