Management is lacking. A lot of management is afraid of the unions so they choose not to enforce rules. People show up to work when they feel like it and are rarely managed. Rules are not enforced as far as harassment, dresscode, time keeping, etc. are concerned. Stress can be high because there are so many people and things that have to be addressed on a day to day basis. It is nice though that they understand the values of family and rarely ask you to work extra or on your off days.
