Raises should be like a contract Union contract not just favoritism or supervisors that kiss you know what. Erase means erase company pay more money not $0.50 $0.10 $0.20 more money

I have personally worked 17 days straight and told it was mandantory , around holidays. However, the OSM MADE SURE YOU WERE STAYING UNDER 40 hours per week. I recall working at one point, seven days straight and receiving 39.5 hours.And told that just because managers keep the overtime to a bare minimum, doesn't means it helps with their yearly bonuses. Ha.
