Be more respectful to your employees and their hard work. Many of your fellow employees struggle on the little pay they receive to make the company the success it is in today's society. Make sure they receive the necessary work to sustain the company and support their families. Also, on- site managers are way over paid and your workers the ones breaking their backs to sort these pallets are really underpaid. Not saying on-site managers don't work but, let's think reality here for a second they get paid to do paperwork and tell staff how the job is done correctly, where's the hard work in that 😇. Needless to say, corporations do your part to make sure hard working Americans can support their families. Make our America Great Again 😃
The management in Newburgh location is a joke. Favoritism and discrimination is the norm here. The site manager doesn't know how to do his job or care to do his job the way it's supposed to be done. Employees come in and do nothing for hours while being on the clock. Bring up anything about the favorite employees and you get threatened to be fired or sent home when you don't do their work on top of yours
I would create more clarity within the work place and instill a sense of loyalty in all employees. I would strive to promote equality between staff and workers. More important I would critically analyse all inefficiencies and gain opinions on the matters at hand from staff and workers. I would fight to make chep the great company it truly is

I would make sure that there is a professional bathroom for all employees. I would give employees with a year of employment in CHEP a raise. I would hold meetings for sites every week.

I would pay more attention to the disposition of the facility and also do more checks on the relationship between management and the employees
