Limited opportunity to advance in operations. Teammates were looking for consistent leadership which I was able to provide and improve the culture. Job security is high which results in bad employees being difficult to correct or terminate.
Pros
Benefits; Competitive compensation for some positions; Positive culture with the right leadership.
Cons
Difficult employees are challenging to correct or terminate, even when progressive discipline is followed.
