I went for an interview April 22, 2019. Cherokee double booked the time slot. If you do not have your ducks in a row at this stage, why do I want to work for you? Good bye.
What advice would you give the CEO of Cherokee Nation Businesses about how to improve it?
Treat employees with respect and gratitude for their work. Increase pay to competitive market salaries. Discontinue the practice of hiring/promoting based on nepotism rather than knowledge, experience and education. Get rid of incompetent and abusive managers.
Well crud, I meet all the requirements except for the fact that I am not native American, my fiance is, but already has a good job.
When I first started I was excited; however, that changed in a matter of months. I am stressed everyday due to the mass amount of work that's piled on while "others" do little to no work.
What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at Cherokee Nation Businesses?
Take advantage of the training opportunities and that you will enjoy working at this company.
