Torture. Long and drawn out, they lose out on good candidates because their recruiters are horrible at tech recruiting and follow through.
They talk a good game but the dirt comes out in the wash very quickly. They focus on catching any mistakes a person makes and grilling them for it rather than focusing on supporting them to help them be successful. It's the worst working environment I have ever endured, period.
