Knowing that I'm making a difference in my patience's life
CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant (Current Employee) – Lexington Park, MD – November 3, 2017
A typical day at work is fast and fun. I've learn how to manage my time in getting my residents up. Management is pretty ok. l've got no complaints bout my work. Workplace culture is good. Th hardest part if the job will have to be that we're short handed and there isn't enough staff and losing my residents is also the hardest part of this job too. The most enjoyable part if my job is to see that I can put a smile on my resident's faces everyday that I work.
