What is the work environment and culture like at Chesapeake Urology Associates?
In the PAC feels like prison. People are miserable. They are trying to run it like a call center but are short staffed and have horrible upper management, site director.
How do you feel about going to work each day at Chesapeake Urology Associates?
In the PAC I felt sick going into work. There is no team building or morale because the managers don’t allow it. You could work a full day and not speak to anyone. It feels like a prison. They act like they own you.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Chesapeake Urology Associates a better place to work?
I believe our management already does a wonderful job. They are open to suggestions and want people to succeed and grow.
What questions did they ask during your interview at Chesapeake Urology Associates?
You will be asked about your greatest opportunity to improve, your strengths and weaknesses, past experiences, times where you have handled a difficult situation and how.
What advice would you give the CEO of Chesapeake Urology Associates about how to improve it?
Give the leadership team the tools necessary to do their job. It will pay off incredibly quickly.
