Mine was simple. She emailed me the day after I put my resumé in and then we met that same week. I met with the Assistant Principal first and she asked me a bunch of questions off of a sheet and wrote down my answers then I did 30 minutes in the classroom then 15 minutes in another classroom. We met back up with the Principal and I was hired on the spot. It was very simple.

It did not take me to long to get hired. The longest part was the return of the background checks and fingerprinting.

Not good or even consistent. One day you may work open to close, one day it may be only a few hours. And most days you do not get out at your scheduled time because they "have no coverage". The principals think they're too good and high and mighty to work in a classroom. They need to lead by example!!!!
