Mine was simple. She emailed me the day after I put my resumé in and then we met that same week. I met with the Assistant Principal first and she asked me a bunch of questions off of a sheet and wrote down my answers then I did 30 minutes in the classroom then 15 minutes in another classroom. We met back up with the Principal and I was hired on the spot. It was very simple.

Rather informal, I talked over the phone a few times with the principal and assistant principal and met them in person a few weeks before their summer camp started.
