There was good talent, but bad worker habits from a few of staff people would show up drunk, or not making preparations for other on coming shift.Sometimes the other supervisors would not take care of problems, but leave it to others due to lack of leadership,and or laziness on their part during that time I was hired.

Working at Chestnut Hill as a student was fun and rewarding. Met lots of people through my job in the Accounting Department as well as the Admissions Office.
