No multiculturalism in the IT sector at Chevron because the IT is run predominantly by Indians. To my rough estimate I would say more than 90% all IT jobs in Chevron are taken by Indians. This (No multi-culture) is creating some tensions at work site because the flow of information or knowledge sharing is not equally shared to non Indians.
Good salary and work balance
Non multiculture environment, cultural hegemony and bad (non experienced) management
