I have to work 50+ hours to even come close to covering my bills. It’d be cool if I could breathe for just 10sec between calls. Or at least be allowed 60sec after a 45+min phone call bc chances are you have several comments and forms to submit. A strong work ethic gets you nowhere. The customers that call in are pretty good and appreciate u though - more ... if you have half a brain. - less

ConsBreaks suck, lunch is a joke, you have to get there an hour early just to be ready to work on time, pay is a joke
