Weekly paychecks

Bring all movex vehicles and wearable terminals up to par so that each employee would have decent equipment to work with. The tape line at the fulfillment center in Ocala. Would work more efficiently if rolled paper could be used, instead of bundled, glued paper. It's a great company. It would be nice if a game could be developed using the features of what done to collect products from the mods.

Offer VTO to all employees so it would be first to call in gets it not show favoritism offering it to the same people all the time. That type of attitude makes me want to quit working for Chewy

Not flexible and they will change the start time and end time throughout the year so if you have a family then chewy isn’t the job for you if you want to spend time with them.

Get to work, clock in no more then 5 minutes before shift (you will get in trouble clocking in before), having 5-10 minutes from clocking in to get your equipment (wrist rocketing, movexx, etc.), grab a cart of boxes to fill and start filling, when you finish on grab another and keep doing that until your first break around 3 hours in and then continue again until you next break another 3 hours later then go home after 10 (4 shifts) or 12 (3 shifts) hours. You must stay active and not stop for more the 15 minutes at a time or let a member of management know why you were stopped.
