Management has to improve relations with personnel production is important but not possible without team work. I have been applying for work it seems that only production is important

They only keep employees around 6 months they have a huge turnover rate.Because,they force you out or to quite so they can save on health insurance.Tbis is only a temporary job because nobody makes it beyond the 6 month period.Do yourself a favor look elsewhere!!!!

Fire HR Dept. CLUELESS and no experience. Seems to be the norm at all locations. Favortism runs RAMPID there. Micro managing is in abundance. I could go on.

Why even ask when you people have no intention on keeping anyone past 7/8 months if they're lucky! Just recently a regular employee who rarely lifted a box became a lead while having 11 points, go figure!
