Treat warehouse employees like you do HR, with respect and act like you care. Don't do wonderful things the first week and then drop it after that. No consistency, no communication, no rewards, no reason to try. The employees don't give a care because management doesn't

Sounds as though the CEO may need to encourage a more positive culture. Maybe take notes from leading companies. When employees enjoy there job they actually don’t mind coming to work. Also productivity improves with happier employees. People stay longer. Reducing turnover so money that is wasted on new hires and orientation can be invested in employee development and or other things to be improve work environment.

Why even ask when you people have no intention on keeping anyone past 7/8 months if they're lucky! Just recently a regular employee who rarely lifted a box became a lead while having 11 points, go figure!

You need more loyalty to the people that work hard and put in the effort to this a better company and stop rewarding those who are draging this company down. Do as you preach and promote from within.
