What is the interview process like at CHI?

They asked a lot of questions about my prior experience. Liked the fact that I was trained in Epic already.
They did explain that it was fast paced, but they did not mention that the job required more people than they were allowing to do it. I transferred to Cardiology doing basically the same thing, and had 5 people doing what they wanted me to do by myself here.
It’s takes at least 3 months for the hiring process. It’s pathetic.
Virtual, it stress free. Interviews are done via zoom
Interview process was very professional. Usually you interview with a department manager, supervisor & an administration member in a panel form.

No abnormally increased pressure, interviewer was friendly and professional.
