I like the core values and mission at CHI, I believe in them. I like being part of a not-for-profit, faith based organization. It's not perfect, but the people make it a great place to work.

  • Toxic, full of drama and laziness. If you are on the manager's good side then you will be treated right. Managers play favorites so you will watch your coworkers do nothing (w/ no consequences) while you do the work of 4 people.

  • St Luke’s was one of the most chaotic unorganized place I’ve ever worked. The schedule was always in shambles and I too, had to drag myself out of bed to go to work. It changed me. Bullying, cliques, , just to name a few were allowed. Supervisor in a bubble. Had no clue what was going on. Gave her Leads to do all work

  • Very toxic

  • Laid back and comfortable

  • It's great to work for

  • AMAZING place to work

  • Follow the protocols and the training provided and you will be fine. Come to work on time and do your best everyday, that's all they ask for.

  • Great very diverse

  • The staff work great as a team to deliver excellent patient care. We are efficient and compassionate in our delivery of care.
