CHI should stop closing departmenys and sending old workers away.Too much work and less pay.CNA work like LPN.Top management should consider paying nursing assistants better.They do alot and most Nurses depend on them.

I was proud to work at Franciscan Hospice. The staff there are very caring and fun to work with. The larger CHI does not seem to support or understand Hospice.
