Management is very unprofessional
Insurance Follow-Up Rep II (Current Employee) –  1148 BroadwayJuly 1, 2018
Manager is very unprofessional. She doesn't lead her team at all. The Insurance Follow Up Department will most likely be outsourced again if drastic measures aren't taken to remove current management.

Call Center Agent (Current Employee) –  Tacoma, WAJune 6, 2018
There's pros & cons to every job. I love my job regardless of the politics. Being a faith based company I use it to my advantage. Other jobs don't allow me to have my bible at work. I'm grateful for my job.

Discrimination and targeting
Security Officer (Former Employee) –  Burien, WAMay 10, 2018
Absolutely the worst management structure I have ever encountered. Management and HR team up to target and abuse employees both verbally and emotionally. I wouldn't recommend working for this company as they do not follow their own values.
Respect- Extremely lacking
Integrity- NO integrity in management.
Compassion- doesn't exist for employees
Excellence- expected but not given

Conducts employee and employer relationship with a vulgar disregard for safe work environment. Gives no employee representation and in turn will corner you and bombard you with questions that violate laws.
Dances on the line of legal by lying about termination terms preying on employees based on at will state.

Disgusting company.

Cpft
CPFT (Former Employee) –  Tacoma, WAMay 10, 2018
Good hours and benefits for outpatient clinic employees. Poor advancement opportunities despite the succession program. Once you complete the program, they want 1-5 years experience but do not want to assist you in gaining the experience necessary.

Administrative Assistant II (Current Employee) –  Tacoma, WAApril 9, 2018
Working in a medical environment is exciting and ever changing. The culture at CHI Franciscan is wonderful. A day can go from sluggish if the executives are out of the office - to whirlwind as they leave meetings with new projects assigned.

Great place to work
Monitor Technician (Current Employee) –  Tacoma, WAApril 1, 2018
Working at CHI Franciscan is a pleasure. Working as a monitor tech is a challenging job. Watching 60 or more cardiac monitors can be a bit challenging, yet very rewarding when you catch a catastrophe, or something that could turn into a catastrophe. Management is very willing to work with you for many different things to make the working place better.
Pros
great management, hours are acceptable
Cons
heavy work load.

Utilization Management Specialist (Former Employee) –  Tacoma, WAMarch 21, 2018
SCH is a smaller hospital. Being a smaller facility, there are cliques. If you are not in the clique you are ridiculed, made fun of, talked about, etc

Co-workers and peers were great! Senior management was not responsive and didn't appear to care about work conditions or compensation for employees. Senior management not nimble or open to new ideas.
