I started my nursing career with a private medical group that was merged with CHI about half way through my time with the company. I learned so much especially for being a nurse grad. I really honed in my administration skills as well as my LPN skills with CHI. I am beyond grateful for the people I worked with, the providers, and the patients.
Call Center Agent (Current Employee) – Tacoma, WA – June 6, 2018
There's pros & cons to every job. I love my job regardless of the politics. Being a faith based company I use it to my advantage. Other jobs don't allow me to have my bible at work. I'm grateful for my job.
Im able to set the tone as too what type of day its gonna be

Security Officer (Former Employee) – Burien, WA – May 10, 2018
Absolutely the worst management structure I have ever encountered. Management and HR team up to target and abuse employees both verbally and emotionally. I wouldn't recommend working for this company as they do not follow their own values. Respect- Extremely lacking Integrity- NO integrity in management. Compassion- doesn't exist for employees Excellence- expected but not given
Conducts employee and employer relationship with a vulgar disregard for safe work environment. Gives no employee representation and in turn will corner you and bombard you with questions that violate laws. Dances on the line of legal by lying about termination terms preying on employees based on at will state.
CPFT (Former Employee) – Tacoma, WA – May 10, 2018
Good hours and benefits for outpatient clinic employees. Poor advancement opportunities despite the succession program. Once you complete the program, they want 1-5 years experience but do not want to assist you in gaining the experience necessary.
Administrative Assistant II (Current Employee) – Tacoma, WA – April 9, 2018
Working in a medical environment is exciting and ever changing. The culture at CHI Franciscan is wonderful. A day can go from sluggish if the executives are out of the office - to whirlwind as they leave meetings with new projects assigned.
Monitor Technician (Current Employee) – Tacoma, WA – April 1, 2018
Working at CHI Franciscan is a pleasure. Working as a monitor tech is a challenging job. Watching 60 or more cardiac monitors can be a bit challenging, yet very rewarding when you catch a catastrophe, or something that could turn into a catastrophe. Management is very willing to work with you for many different things to make the working place better.
CHI Franciscan is a great organization with strong values.
Clinical Manager (Current Employee) – Tacoma, WA – March 5, 2018
CHI Franciscan is a great organization with strong values and a culture of compassionate service. They are growing and expanding their services in many more communities so that more people will benefit from the excellent care and services that CHI provides.
