You have organizational wide orientation day 1, then facility specific at your home location day 2. Then computer training with RN knowledge testing via Prophesy and module training (hipaa, safety, etc..) all week 1. Week two finishing up module training and 2-day Epic computer training week two. Then you are ready for the floor training. Of course all training is paid at your base rate. Hope this prepares you!

The starting pay rate for working in clerical are between 9.95 and 10.00 and for the front office is around 10.00.
