Fasted Paced. But If That's What It Takes For OUR Children TO Accomplish And Accomplishes Their Goals Than Let's GET THE JOB DONE.
All schools' work environments are different. I've worked in two schools, and both of them were very clicky and very political. Additionally, some of my other teacher friends throughout the city have also stated the same. Therefore, one can assume that most schools in Chicago, if not all, are probably clicky and political. With regard to competency, I have worked under many administrators over the years, and all but one were ignorant and incompetent. This is not to say we don't have quality administrators in the district. I'm sure there are fine leaders in some of our schools.
Working for the special ed kids picking him up from school from the location and take them to school and return them back to their locations on a daily basis also I was a security guard for 4 hours a day as well
Amazing. you must love urban communities.
From being in the pool. I have work in different areas of the neighborhood. I find it quite intriguing seeing how people work differently in certain schools. I have learned different ways of mastering things generally. Some school really care about the generation to come. They offer incentives to employees and reward students on a continual basis. That gives the students a balance to look forward to something for hard work in return.
The work environment can be a great place to work under the right management.
Parents, students, teachers, staff and administration attempt to work together to ensure the school's vision and mission are implemented to ensure learning is taking place.
Very busy, lots or work.
