The job provided room for growth and allowed for self improvement. The culture of the work was that of collaboration,teamwork and helping students.
The enjoyable part of the job was seeing students graduating and returning to say thank you for the help accorded them during their studies.
Management was supportive of employees improvement by sending - more ... you for trainings,conferences and taking classes towards degrees or certifications.
