From beginning to end approximately 4-6 weeks. Initially you submit your resume, you are contacted to come in for the necessary testing for the position, upon testing and the results being reviewed you are contact for an interview, once you interview potential candidates for employment are called back for a second interview. If you are selected, personnel contacts the potential candidate with an offer, at this time the employee can counter offer. Once personnel reviews your counter offer they can accept, counter with a final offer or resend the position. If both parties agree, you're hired for the new position. If it's a move within the company, the department you are leaving can hold you for 30 days.
