They celebrate laziness and a culture of silence regarding a lot of upsetting behaviors. Employees can literally leave kids across state lines in crack dens and HR does nothing.

I worked at a away camp so on average I worked from the morning 7am to around 6 or 7pm. So around 10-12 hours daily for the summer.
Lack of Communication from Upper management and inconsistency in assignments and due dates, unsure if you will have the same job in the same location.
