I applied on Thursday and they texted me about a phone interview on Monday. I had my phone interview Tuesday and they wanted a second in person interview on Wednesday, which I got the job on the spot.

It really just depends on the locations. i personally work at the chick fil a in Rutherfordton and I had 2 interviews. one over the phone, then a week after, I got an offer to have an in-person interview

Since it is a franchise benefits are offered by the owner of each restaurant and vary greatly. My 19 year old daughter just went from part-time to full-time front of house and received a large pay increase, health, dental, vision, and 401k match. It really does depend on the location.
