My store lets us accept tips and no we do not make a decent wage, if we did I wouldn't have to work 40+hours each week just to cover living.
So sad if people want to give tips then the employees should be able to get them they did not ask for them.
We are not allowed to accept tips, as it is against policy. It would not be fair for those of us who serve the food to accept tips because we are not the only ones responsible for the food. There are the cooks, those who bag the food or arrange it on the tray. Also, we make a very decent wage. While we do appreciate those who want to tip us, we cannot accept it.
