Why do you want to work for Chick-fil-A?

Usually that means they want you for the position and they will generally ask you questions that they want to hear about you to make sure you'll fit their liking.
They are likely to hire you .and the questions they'll ask is "can you work at a fast pace" "where have you worked before and do you have any experience with fast food "
I had all three interviews in one day.
They will ask you why you want to work at CFA and what you like most about CFA!
If youve never had CFA food just say that even though youve never had the food, youre willing to try it, and that youve heard it tastes really good (because it does)
They will call back and they'll ask ou why you want to be a part of the "family"
Why did you chose our company?
For the second interview, they will likely ask more detailed questions about you and how your schedule can be worked around. I was also called back shortly after my first interview and got the job that day! Employers are very good about getting back to you about a job position.
They will ask you how you are in certain situations, and how well you can count money etc.
Actually, I only had one interview and then a day or so later I got a call saying that I was hired. But for the interview I did-- the person interviewing me had a list of questions to ask and wrote down my answers. Some of the questions were random. For example: "What is your favorite kind of candy?" "Who do you look up to?" I can not remember exactly how the questions were phrased but that was the gist of it.
Yes they most likely will hire you they rarely call for second interview if they don't plan to hire you. This time around you are going to the interview by the owner of that branch, just general questions about your self and why you want the job.
