Because there are so many team members at each CFA location, it's easy to get your shift covered or switch shifts with someone on your team. In addition to available shift coverage, management is very understanding about time off for important things such as school, mental/physical health, etc. I worked part-time while in college and it was perfect. Keep in mind that Chick-fil-A is constantly busy so shifts go by quickly but leave you feeling exhausted afterward. Consider getting homework done before each shift!
