Since it is a franchise benefits are offered by the owner of each restaurant and vary greatly. My 19 year old daughter just went from part-time to full-time front of house and received a large pay increase, health, dental, vision, and 401k match. It really does depend on the location.
Advancement in the company.
Scholarships, break discounts, staff parties
50% or free lunch
Benefits are virtually air for part time employees and fulltime employees have regular low quality insurance.
It depends on your store owner, each CFA is different! Mine in Mcdonough does 100% break food for any shift you work, if you work a double you get meals for each shift, if you work 2 hours you still get a meal. We get 50% off any time we come in outside of work. We get 25% on catering orders.
Literally nothing except a free meal after 4 hours if you’re under 18, if you’re over 18 then you could be working like 6 hours without a break, and it’s only 30 minutes. we aren’t allowed to have shakes, ice coffees, oj, milk, or cookies either. They are honestly very cheap and couldn’t care any less about their employees.
Free meal. That’s it. So glamorous am I right. No health care. And you have to work your tail off day after day for a 10 cent raise. Once ever six months. If you lucky at that.
None. Only dental vision insurance, sadly. Pros: free meals, and OT
I’ve been working for 7 months now. According to our handbook (the corporate handbook), they are required to give us a 30 minute break for every five hours you work. During a break, you get a free entre and side, and unlimited soda fountain refills (with your own cup). For me, a team member, they pay decently and I love working there.
