If your sick and you call out, you need a doctors note or someone to cover your shift of you risk your job being terminated.
None, you had to bring in a doctors note for everyday you didn’t come in; if you were sick.
There is no sick days paid we would have to call someone to cover our shift, and then have a doctor's note to be excused from a write up.
