What is the interview process like at Chick-fil-A?

  • I applied on Thursday and they texted me about a phone interview on Monday. I had my phone interview Tuesday and they wanted a second in person interview on Wednesday, which I got the job on the spot.

  • The interview process is easy. They will ask you a few questions on your resume and whether or not you have handled food or customer relation type tasks.

  • At the chick fil a i applied at i applied on HIGHERME and heard back less than 2 hours after. i was able to set up an interview which was by phone. it was easy and took about 10-15 minutes. afterwards she told me to look out for another email in 2-3 weeks to schedule my second interview that will be in person.

  • it's a wonderful 'get-to-know-you' process

  • At the Chick-fil-A I was hired at, I had first a "meet-and-greet" - basically a meeting with the talent acquisition person, similar to a first interview at most places, but here it's to decide if they want to take you through the interview process. Then, two interviews in the restaurant on different days, & a final interview with the operator at the corporate office. I was offered the job via a phone call the day after my third interview. There was also a few hours of homework between the multiple interviews.

  • I applied on Indeed and got a text from the hiring manager a few days later asking to set up an in-person interview. It went well and I was brought back two days later for a second interview. They told me they'd contact me in about a week with their decision but I never heard back. I'm ultimately glad I didn't get it since the management staff seemed very unorganized and no one could figure out who I was supposed to be interviewing with both times I went there. I also would not want to work for someone who can't be bothered to call a candidate after two interviews to let them know they've decided to go in another direction.

  • I submitted an application on Indeed and a couple days later, they called to set up a in person interview. I talked to the assistant hiring manager and two other employees (I don't know what their positions were) and they were very kind/understanding. The interview was relatively easy, it's just the way you carry yourself and your answers. Be confident, be honest, share your strengths and how that could benefit the company by you working there.

  • You interview for one job and get put into another job with no warning

  • I submitted an application on the Chick-Fil-A website and a couple hrs later the same day, I received an email from the Hiring manager about a video interview(very easy). That same day after I submitted the video interview, I got another email about my in person email; I got hired on the spot. Then you have to fill out paperwork and complete some online modules before you begin your training. I've been working for 5 days now, and I absolutely love it. Hope this helps!!

  • I applied on the company website April 13th, got an email about a phone interview April 14th, did the phone interview on April 16th and got a date for an in person interview the same day, did my in person interview on April 19th and got hired the same day as well. It took me just a week to get hired, but it might be different if you apply using your indeed resume, and it also might be different depending on management at different store locations. Luckily, the location that I got hired at was very quick and professional.
