Work Environment can vary depending on position. Kitchen tends to be messy and Front Counter tends to be more clean and formal.

Chick-fil-A is a great company but it’s stores have loads insight on what the owners wanted to create. The management is horrible and don’t care about there staff I wouldn’t work for this company again!!!

Very Unorganized safety and sanitation is not a priority there the restaurant is disgusting and dirty in back of the house. Management is basically family besides the Paul. Its a very poorly run operation with no real change in sight. Would not recommend working there.

Chick Fil A promotes all kids of wonderful things, but at the end of the day the Operator alters the Job Culture. There is no Job Security, it takes forever to promote within, unless favored, and for the long hours and hard work the compensation is very low
