Great if you're a teenager trying to leave work early every single day because you don't have any real responsibilities, but if you're an adult taking care of yourself you'll be working your butt off, pulling all the garbage, running all the trays plus many other duties while the teenage employees watch and laugh. My experience was not a good one.

Many of the employees are nice, but it is mismanaged and toxic. I've witnessed employees being threatened with their jobs for simply doing their jobs or trying to go above and beyond to make the guest(s) happy.

Culture is very friendly.
Work Environment can vary depending on position. Kitchen tends to be messy and Front Counter tends to be more clean and formal.
