You can either apply online on their career Chick Fil A website, indeed.com, or walk in. I thought it would be easier to walk in and apply so I had done that instead of the others that were requested. The next few days the hiring manager called me to request what day should my interview time would be held. The same hiring manager that had called me on the phone interviewed me the next following day asking me to tell me a little bit about myself, why should I be hired, if I could handle stress at a work place, or how will I handle a stressful situation from employee or customer. After answering the interview questions, the hiring manager said “Expect a call from me before or after Friday.” Later on that day, I got a call again and was told that I was hired. The next step, I was told to come in and fill out the forms- w2s, taxes information, availability, going over availability and Chick Fil A information packet. Depending on what state you’re from they will expect you to take a one on one course with a class that’s $15 with test included or an online class that’s $10 w/ no test included either or you will be able to print out your certificate through fax/email for your food handling card. The hiring manager or other managers will email you with the given email you had filled out on your forms the schedule every Sunday.

None. Zero. You don't even get a free lunch and at the Christiansburg Virginia Chick-fil-A you can not have cheese lettuce or tomato on your sandwich even if you're willing to pay extra. You can have a plain Chick-fil-A sandwich for free after 5 hours worked that day, but u can not order a combo. It's ridiculous!

I had 3 interviews total.... The 1st was a group interview with me and 6 other people we first got into small groups and told each other about ourselves and then introduced each other to everyone else, we then did a puzzle, made a business idea and promoted it the manager, and then had one on interview. The 2nd interview i was invited to was basically them asking what all i know about the company and their values and mission of the store, i finally was asked to the third interview which was them telling me i got the job and dates for orientation and etc.
