Child Welfare is rewarding and stressful work
Written by Supervisor (Former Employee) from DC - District of Columbia, DC on April 12, 2018
Overall, it was a great learning experience, I would not change it.

Its a fast paced job, frequent changes, and higher workloads.

The environment can at times be immature and unprofessional.

Your work experience is greatly influenced by your supervisor and team. I've experienced both negative and positive colleagues.

government entity-child welfare system

Great place to work for child welfare experience and growth opportunity. Great location, in DMV area. Metro accessible. Parking somewhat a challenge but surrounded by great community.
