It's not such a great place to work. Management isn't great abut I loved my job working and teaching kids. It gave me great joy to see their face when they learned something new. The parents were also happy with the wsy I was with their kids.

The breaks are so long where you won’t even get a good pay check. You do so much and work these long hours for a short check. The management is terrible

Pay is low ,appreciation is not existing u get put wherever a body is needed even if you have a room that you work .There is no professionalism with management.

Greatest part would be the kids. The job itself has its ups and downs such as management and lack of career advancement, but the kiddos literally become your kids. Everyone involved gets attached.

It is pretty stressful when they are no teachers to apply or want to stay for longer than a month.. We are way understaffed for the amount of students we have and they keep bringing in more children. It makes it hard to take days off.
