Hiring process is fairly simple. I went in for an interview, went to HR the next day, on the same day went to get fingerprinted, drug tested, TB screening, and physical. You go through an orientation which is a week long and then start your training.

I don't think you "get" sick pay.. You call in but it's frowned upon and they'll ask you to find your own coverage or make you feel like You're leaving them hanging. holidays are paid though for FT.
