For clinical staff, Children’s has better benefits and pay than most other dallas hospitals. For example, no health insurance premium after three years employment. Mgmt is very removed from staff, however. It’s also impossible to ever get a day off so don’t count on using any of the PTO.

Children’s is a terrific place to work because they not only have great education programs to set you up for success, but they also encourage growth. They care about their employees and have a system that support both patient care and a healthy work environment.

If you are rud...
