CHS is a great organization but lacks competitive wages and affordable benefits. As a statewide agency one would thing health benefits would be a higher priority. The leadership lacks training on how to manage people and the support teams like HR, financial etc have been downsized considerably. It’s hard to get fired there and therefore as a supervisor - more ... it is hard to build the case when someone is not a good worker. CHS doesn’t listen to the staff about constructive concerns which then leads to a high turnover. Contact money is definitely the priority and to grow the division in Jacksonville. T ... - less
