Have OCFS actually come down and talk to staff that is not hand picked to be talked to. If they actually seen and discusses issues with the staff that was kept away from them then things may be different.,

You get informed that you are receiving a raise but shortly after you learn there is more to the story. You can now start working 37.5 hours a week with a raise. To good to be true. So to beat the NYS overtime standards they lowered the number of hours a week so they don't pay over time but then toot their horn that everyone got a raise....did they ???
