Why did I leave my last employment. How much was my income to begin with and how much was it when I ended my employment. If I had a problem with an associate how would I handle it. Did I understand and agree with yearly compliance testing. Did I know what EFT, ACH were. Did I know what a LockBox was. And what parts of the EOB or EOP was used for posting payments to the patient accounts.
Do I pay attention to detail. Did I understand the need for speed and accuracy for the position. Do I let my Lead and or Supervisor know immediately, if I make a mistake.
