The nursing culture for the most part is positive. People are willing to help each other out with busy assignments, and make sure people get out on breaks. People are friendly and helpful, and want new hires to succeed. Management is interested in promoting best evidence-based practice. This is a contract hospital with Minnesota Nurses Association - more ... and I consider this a good benefit. Contract does not allow mandatory overtime and has protocol for low-need days. - less
