Poor structure lack of support from corporate management
Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Falmouth, MAMarch 18, 2018
This job can be very rewarding but also very stressful and can follow you home more often than not. Corporate management seems to not appreciate employees or support them in such a high demand job. You have to have a very thick skin to work in this field in general. If corporate supported their employees a bit more and listened to concerns of their employees the job wouldn’t be as stressful. Getting to know and being able to help the clients is the best part of the job.
Pros
Benefits, good trainings, opportunity for advancement
Cons
Management, program structure

Pretty good place to work
Childcare Worker (Former Employee) –  Springfield, MAFebruary 3, 2017
It is a good place to work, it is hostile and stressful, but once you get over that it is nice. The sad part is that you learn a great deal of some of the darker sides of humanity. But the knowledge that you are making a difference helps.
