They hire on the spot because their turnover is so high. Just know that your title as teacher is ridiculous, you are simply a warm body there to watch kids. That is it!

3 days after hired, to do paper work and drug test and finger prints to come back, you are not told that you dont get paid for the first 3 days

They'll usually hire on the spot. There's an online training course you have to take which usually takes about 2-3 days. Then you get put in a room, and you get to see the kids, meet them , learn a little bit, and then go back to your online training. It goes back and forth.
