Lots of turnover. There are people that are lead teachers that i would not trust to be my own child’s teacher. It is nearly impossible to get time off. Management is either never there or is too worried about what/who is coming next to focus on the staff and children/families that they currently have. No sick days given. Barely any PTO offered and it is automatically used if you are sick. There is also blatant favoritism within staff. Absolutely no communication between management and staff. Pay is not competitive.

No paid leave. Benefits and management are equally awful. Need a mental day off or take your child to the doctor...good luck. Need training on what is approved and not approved, good luck.
