The employees care for children, which is one of the hardehardest but rewarding job. The pay is a huge complaint and if you constantly work staff 10 hrs it's too stressful... I was thinking of applying for the asst. Director job, over 30 yrs experience in ECE, but I would want to make little chamges, more money, hire more staff so full-time can get benefits and part time or flex know hours change, try to keep a regular schedule

Hours are horrible. You will get 40 but it feels like 80 because it feels like you are there all day

If your scheduled for 35 hours expect to only work about 29 to 30 the directors micro manage your hours or if your scheduled to get off at 430 just know your really mot off until 530
