I would offer more money to the employees. I would make it to where resources were available for the lesson plans we were required to follow. I would follow up more on cleanliness of the center(requiring better cleaning personelle) and make sure playground equipment is up to date. I would also consider a extra room to be used as a play area for the students during times that outside play is unavailable. Kids need to play and when it is raining, or snowing, or too hot/cold, they are stuck inside ONE room for the entire day. It even drives me crazy, let alone a 4 year old and under.
