Fun environment
I enjoyed my regular customers and some of my co workers but when management allows the kitchen staff to run things it causes problems. I liked my set schedule.

I did get along with a lot of people at chili’s but then when we lost one of our managers everything just went down from there. I’m leaving thankfully because this place has gone downhill fast

the job itself is very easy, there’s not much side work and as long as you know the menu it’s not difficult at all. But the managers play clear favorites and don’t really care about you, your well-being or other life commitments.

Don't work here if you care about your job cause no one will care about you. They just throw you to the wolves and refuse to help or support you. Save yourself a lot of trouble and don't work here
