I enjoyed my regular customers and some of my co workers but when management allows the kitchen staff to run things it causes problems. I liked my set schedule.

Working here did nothing but ruin my mental health. Managers don’t care about their staff and would rather you work yourself to death then to let you take care of your health.

Bartender in Austin, TX
on August 17, 2022
It’s a good job, but high turnover rate from people that are not dependable or willing to do the work. So you end up having to pick up lots of slack but that also means more guests to serve which makes you more money.
