The company tried to build high-performance teams by emphasizing trust and values in his team. It believed that everyone should have each other’s back and not judging one another. It created a workplace culture that celebrates opportunities, transparency and opinions of all to enrich conversations and diversity of thought.

High Risk Rated

Chinatrust is identified as a high risk institution by the regulatory authorities. An ever changing political climate has seen a degradation in key areas that provide for challenges as an officer.
Cons
lack of proper management and skill sets needed to perform and understand their role and function
